Tom Granado signs with Moncton Miracles

Released: October 29, 2015

The Miracles are pleased to announce the signing of Tom Granado.

Granado, a 6-foot-10 260-pound center, is familiar with the National Basketball League of Canada after playing last season with the Brampton A’s. He played in 20 regular season games averaging 7.5 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per game. Before his season with the A’s, Granado played professionally in Asia and Latin America.

Granado is looking forwarding to joining the Miracles this  upcoming season. “I am so blessed and thankful for this opportunity,” said Granado. “I’ve heard nothing but great things about the city of Moncton and its fans. I’m really looking forward to working with Coach Langis and getting after it on the court with my teammates.”

“Tom is another major piece for us to address our inside presence this coming season. He is a very experienced player that will add much needed toughness and consistency to our roster,” said Coach Serge Langis. “I am very pleased to have him join us and look forward to working with him.”

You can see Tom Granado in action at the Moncton Miracles first home game of the 2015-16 season on December 27 at 2pm.
